okay heres a secret i will share to you guys that i learned from a dentist...

notice those circular mirrors they put to your mouth to view unreacheble areas, well, i think i dont have to tell you that it fogs a lot when you breathe. well in case you dont know, it does fog a lot coz your breathe is warm and it is moist.

now, as a swimmer i know very well that speedo anti-fog solution works, it really does. But truth of the matter is, it is expensive! at 345 pesos, you might as well buy a new pair of goggles or use money registering to good races.

now to cut the long story, we tried the anti-fog solution used by dentists on thier mirrors to eliminate fog..

and IT WORKED.. at 60 pesos and available on your nearest dental stores, its as effective and the amount is thrice youll get from the Speedo solution.. NOW THATS EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY!

Has anybody even considered using there spit? Spit on your goggles then wash it lightly with water. Do this when you are in the water and ready to swim.

Were did I learn this? From my friends who are divers...  ;)

@ don bunot, pangita lang ug bisan asa nga dental supplies, daghan man gud na dire amo sa urgello coz duol ra SWU, nya naa man dentistry dire.. hehehehhe

at the spit thingy, yeah it works, but i always find it a little gross, and it doesnt work that long... specially if you are training, kay kung mag train ka, mu init na imung skin and mas dali mo condense ang water sa lens.

sayon ra ni mga bro! as advice by my workmate whos hobby is scuba diving... wash the goggles with water from the faucet and let it dry. when its dry already, put shampoo or toothpaste in the inner of the lens, and let it dry. you can wash the goggles when your about to use it...  proven and tested na namo dire sa resort both ocean and swimming pool. we even tried it in a 1 hour swim!
