abella olympic size pool, P30 per adult payment

city sports club in front of marriot, dont kno how much,

holiday gym & spa, im not updated sa monthly rate.

beaches all around mactan,

the best training ground, shangri-la mactan, beach & pool...hehehehehe

cool down swim at Main pool, 600m

Dili lang sa kaayo ko mo swim, mo focus lang sa ko sa ako bike and run kay medyo hinay pa gyod ko aning duha. Well, medyo hinay gihapon ko sa swim but i am comfortable with it.

any tips sa beginner swimmers like me.
bag o lang ko balik swim nga tinarung. sa una, hinubug ra to. heheheheh
500 meters ko twice a week for almost a month na..
sige ra ko tan aw sa you tube kay wa man koy coach. heheheheh..

any kind of inputs will be highly appreciated.
