whats the best bike training for someone like me whos just starting to bike...

best training program, training routine if naka stationary bike..
or training route if mag ride2x.

hinay2x lang sa bai, n build base mileage. like spin lang usa para start like 1-2 weeks na spin then weekend try to do a medium ride maybe around 50-80Km. mas ok pud i tally nimo imong mileage para sa base mileage nimo (ie 500-1000KM) then kung ok2x na gani imong paminaw building your endurance napud ang sunod, long ride in not so slow speed. maybe you can do 20-35kph on a 100-150km na ride then always do morning spins. imong morning spins pwd kaau ni nimo buhaton sa willys like many cyclist do, bahala usa ug hinay ka mosubida or maybe mohunong on d way up, kadugayan mo improve rajud ka drastically specially if your really doing it as a routine with increasing riding intensity.

thanks kayu sa advice bai andy.. will be trying to do as you say.. as of karun, mag stationary bike raman ko sa gym kai wala pa maporma akong bike.. im looking for a cheap bike para mal-malun sa training gani.. anyhow, as ive mentioned spinning ko sa gym while watching NBA playoffs.

@ mackoy! i will try to learn how to post pics here. as soon as i get home, ill take pics of the handlebar and aerobars, bar end shifters and brakes. mao pa naa nako..

Profile design full carbon handlebar with integrated stem, profile design t2+cobra aerobars(full carbon), SRAM carbon fiber shifters and profile design carbon fiber brakes. TRP TT brakes. thats what i have in hand as of the moment!.:) bought it 2nd hand kai para maka barato.

Im expecting my Frame, saddle, bottlecages and Wheelset this last week of May!
If ever maabot, groupset nalang and assembly kuwang.. hehehehe.. Ill Post nalang if completo na tanan... then help me decide if need ba ipa paintjob or i bare lang.

ang akong frame is unbranded man bai.. carbon siya, 100% pareha atong KUOTA nga frame nga naa sa YKK, the same carbon fiber siya pero mas nindut ang carbon weave.. tag 100k++ man tawn tong sa YKK, got mine in a much much lower price ^_^

imong frame mao nang generic carbon 12K weave nga same model sa kouta? :D hehehe...
