TODAYS WORKOUT with anton,

BROMANCE FINISH, wa jd ko biyae ga sabay mi kilometer 4 i think, natagak man si bob hehe..

21km run | Hunat Sugbu pics.





sa last 5k di nako kadaganon ky ako tiil murog mu lusot nas ako crocs, @yads anton salamat sa bromance, ug salamat sa taas nga pacencya sa ako snail pace, hehe..

clocked at 2:32, ug wa nako amunga si yads anton sub 2 hours jd to iya time hehe.. :D

lesson learned, buy fresh crocs ky murog naka 1000 kms nani cge hike haha.. everyday use. etc.

I just learned last night yadz that my daughter will have a school activity for the parents. I guess no workout this saturday. Sunday nalang ko mag workout.

Anybody going out for a ride sa south this sunday?

Santo NinO  !  ! !   ....  Daghan kaayong salamat sa mga grasya ilabi na ganihang buntag nga nka lahutai na ko swim 25 minutos ( 1.2 k more or less ).  gold fish pace . . . .  Less a-tri-tis pain on shoulder . . . . More swelling pain on "carpals"  na lang . . . . ...     Ha ha ha ,  really effective ang   New DIET  . . . .   Fruit/vegi & whiteMeats onlY. .  .  .
