hehehe..scout2x na daan sa roads bai,the roads and traffic in that place is really suitable for spinning at 30-35kph, indeed a nice morning workout.

maynta puhon naapud mojoin namo ni bai chito didto spinning MWF para mas lingaw.

okies kuyog ta bai Next week Monday 530am at Total Gas Station. Total gas station naa di dapit sa dalan padulong new bridge naajud ni xa atubangan sa intersection nga naay traffic lights. nahuman mi ganina approx 7am balik sa Total gas station.

yesterday...

26km bike ride for 45mins (first 10k is 13mins 42secs).

then...

squats with weights. 30reps x 5 sets; without weights, 30reps x 3 sets (faster reps). horse stance for 15mins

then...

core strength training. (ab crunches, side crunches, obliques, back...secreto ang uban. :P)
