Share Your Daily Training Activities
« on: February 18, 2010, 09:19:06 AM »

Guys na notice nako bah, wala paman ni nga thread diri, gkuha rani nga idea sa CC. We can post our daily training activities like running, swimming and cycling. Para pudming mga newbies pa sa Tri makakuha ug ideas on what you're training regimen everyday. Please post langta diri sa inyung mga daily training activities, then mas nindut cgro kung apilan ug details like intensity, duration and mileage also pud ang mga interval training ninyu. Im still learning on how to manage my time doing all the trainings needed for a triathlete so i think i need your inputs. This will give aspiring triathletes on how to plot their schedules based on what they read and observed on this thread.

you have a very good point bai, and super tinuod judna imong gsulti.
i hope na dli unta ni cla mag secret2x bai, benificial kaau ni sa mga ga start palang ug train para Triathlon to learn and have an idea on how hard and serious ang training na dapat i undergone. also sa mga kusgan and experience triathletes please share youre ideas and training regimen for us beginners to learn and grow.

It was discussed sa another thread on how to make Triathlon flourished in Cebu and i think sharing one's training methods is just a simple but very informative contribution to that. We beginners can actually get many ideas on this thread if many strong and veteran triathletes will share their trainings. Wagtangon nalang pud unta ning pa as if na walay train bah then ig actual race hastang mga kusgana, magwonder nalang pud intawn ang uban kung tinuod ba na walay training or kung unsa na kaha kung mosulti ni cla nga sakto ilang training pwerti na cguro kusuga. hehehe

besides you wont lose something if you share your training manpud. it might give motivation to others to train hard if someone is telling how hard he trains.. hehehe.

im hoping to read more post on their training soon. :) :)

That's runnng and walking.  It's the only way to finish your first ultra.  Mas sakit modagan ug 42 non-stop.  After swimming the next day, tangtang ang muscle soreness.  I love the pool, except kung daghang kids sa Abellana.  Mao ra man akong ma-afford!

wow, 1.5K as short swim - hard core! ;) i do 1K warm up, then followed by either a 10 x 50M or 5 X 100M during lunch time.

bai you would need 5 phases in training - if you follow this program, i guarantee you will be stronger in your swim, bike and run.

base
intensity
peak
taper
race
