Thanks for sharing Bai!  I really can't get my stride to open up.  Kailangan pa tingali i-strengthen and hips ug hams.

this kind of stride can only be attained pag kusog na pud imo run... the faster you run, the higher your stride.  ;)  same ani gud.  ;D  ;D  ;D
