halo mga tri members ani..

 :) :) ni sulod ko ani na site kai gi taga.an ko ug site ni bai rap......... nya patabang nya ko nnyo unsa  mga tips pra mag sugod tri...heheheheheh lamat au mga tri sa sugbu........mat salams bai rap....... :) :)

nag sugod pko.... mtb pa ako gamit na bike... hapit na human... nadala jud ko ni bai rap....hehehee :)

Bro you made the right choice! This sport changed my life!

Ang bike og run dali raman kung bag-o pa ga sogod. Try to spend a little more time sa swim if dili pa kaayo ka comfortable and try to learn some more techniques. Ipa demo nya na si idol rap kay maayo naman na sya mo langoy.

Just take it one step at a time. You don't need to be in a hurry. Ako hantod karon, learning in progress gihapon. Daghan pakog dapat mahibaw-an.

You can tri this aug.9 in danao para ma feel nimo, easy lang sa gud.

dle sako krn aug 1week pko nka sugod ug prctce...hehehe 2yrs kpn n undang ko ug dagan.... patay ko sa swim ana sa tri.... mag practce pko sa swim asa nndot prctsan sa swim...... nya unsa proper swim gamit.... lamat sa mga reps...

unsa ba sad ning maau na mulanguy idol ui...maglisud pa jud ko sa swim.  :-[

ang swim mau lisod practisan.... ok ra 10mins everyday mag swim kai wala hangin??

30 min swim 3x a week is better. at least you don't have to worry about having to swim everyday 8)

mypa na kai dle kalas wawart bayad sa pool.... ang swim ana hinay ra dle paspas?

concentrate lang sa on your stroke and technique.. easy to moderate lang
