 40 minutes hinay2x .  .   .

Solo BIKE-ride 90 km 3 hrs 40 minutes, grabeh ka laspag kai wla pundo training "crammin mode"

BRICK plan 90k bike + 3k run but DNF kai pwerte ka LasPaG    :-[    ang resulta . . . . .

65k BIKE then 1km walk , stretch/rest 5-10 minutes & recoVered but still dnf 3k kai ngit2x na . . . . .. . . . .      .   ang panan-aw    ::)

   :)   re-run brick today &  made it w/ a smiley face  90k B + 3k R  ... a GoOD sign to finish Challenge @ Atlantic City on the 28th.

L L  =   start easy on bike
      =   maintain CADENCE on comfy Zone
      =  zip / hydrate every 5-7 minutes
      =  re-FUEL gel/bar every 25-30 km
      =  dont 4get "45" nga edad !  so d-padalas-tama sa uban cyclist nga ni bul-hot

Nice one sir Alvz! First time challenge finisher, congrats!!!

Tri nya ko challenge one of these days.

Wala man kaha ka na laspag sa 4xCR stops? Naka solay gyod ko ana katong 70.3 camsur 2009, laspag kaayo. Pero mora hangin man to sige gawas tingali if i recall correctly. Na dehydrated ko.

Anton, ha ha ha "power-outage" kos run oi .... na luyag lakaw . .... cgi igit2x .... maaYu gani daghan kaayo nindot na CR/shower Rooms sa AC Boardwalk (abt. 15km stretch).

Nindot pod ang CHALLENGE Tri labi na sa ila RUN course sa AC kai boardwalk attractions: beach on one side while Hotels/Casinos/Shops/Carnival-Rides on your other side and/ & strolling-bikini-girls along the run.

Swim is murky sa lagoon-like river murag dakong-suba kon sa atoa pa, current is almost same in Shangrila-swim course.

Bike course mostly flat and windy like our SRP section, hamis kaayo sa aero position & 80% close from traffic.

Lami & Free pod ila Carbo Loading Dinner & Post-Race Awarding breakfast BUT dili gyud ka lupig sa iM 70.3 CEBU nga kaOn oi.

Kon matarong na nya pa hamis ang Bike-Course  sa CEBU . . ...... definitely  ... one of the World's BEST iM Venue gyud ang CEBU . . .  Amen . . . . .

 . ...  70 km solo ride OverPeak Park loop (tried -10 of comfy cadence + LASPAG when hittin 60k)
